At Mr. Wilson Heating & Air Conditioning we offer and recommend our service plan, Comfort Rewards, to all our customers. AC Service plans are designed to spread the cost of maintenance out over time so you can more easily budget, as well as catch small issues to repair before they grow into larger costly repairs. We often tell our customers that their HVAC system should be serviced twice a year to allow any potential issues to be detected early on and to prevent any issues that could come up down the road. It is extremely important to keep up with the maintenance on your home’s system and with a service plan you won’t have to worry about making an appointment when there is an issue with your system and hoping that a technician can service you as soon as possible so that you don’t have to go without heating or air for an extended period.

Most problems that arise with HVAC systems are hard to detect by just looking at it. Our technicians can detect and catch issues that are not easy to catch unless you are a licensed professional. Also, there is no need to worry about having to schedule an appointment for someone to come out for one issue and then having to make another appointment for your system a couple months later for another issue. Our team will be able to detect and fix any issues that you may have now, to avoid any issues that could potentially come up.

Almost all of our customers have HVAC systems that operate year-round. Based on our 20 plus years of experience, twice a year maintenance helps avoid costly repairs since we are more likely to catch issues at the start instead of when they begin spreading throughout the system causing more damage to your HVAC unit.

Some issues such as loud mechanical noises, odors, no cooling or heating, and the system not turning on are very obvious.
